Hypnotherapy to Build Confidence
Do you feel that something is holding you back from living your best? Do you shy away from opportunities and success? Do you worry too much what others think of you? Confidence is an attitude of mind, and it is well suited to hypnotherapy and NLP. Feeling self conscious or anxious is not ‘naturally’ how you are. What has happened is that at some point you have learned to feel this way, even if it was so long ago that you cannot remember why or how. Perhaps you adopted a belief that you are not worthy, or than you are unlovable? Or it may have been more recent, if you took one of life’s knocks and you decided to stay down, so to speak, because it’s safer. Through our experiences, especially in youth, many of us develop a lack of self-confidence tied in with the notion that we can only feel self-confident by earning it. But how can you earn confidence if you become too afraid of failing to give it a proper shot? More importantly, confidence is innate and does not need to be earned. It is a natural trait that each of us can own. It rests in what we are, not what we do. But if your unconscious mind has adopted a belief that you don’t deserve it, then no matter how outstanding your successes, your confidence cannot shine.
